 When your network or cabling installation demands the very best in industry standards, we are here. Our engineers are manufacturer, TIA, and FOA certified installers for Hellermann Tyton and AFL Fujkura, allowing us to extend their manufacturer's warranty to you for twenty-five years!
Not all projects demand this level of service, but we want you to be aware that we can offer it. Hellermann Tyton and AFL only license a certain amount of installers in each region of the United States, the best of the best, each of which has to pass a rigorous annual testing course offered the manufacturers in order to maintain their certification ratings. All of our project engineers and technicians are independently certified to perform on these projects.
How does this process work?
If you've come here in search of our 25-year warranty, then you've already admitted the integrity of your network is your paramount consideration. You've come to the right team to help you ensure it!
Offering a 25 year manufacturer warranty on parts and labor takes time and effort, both from your install team and from the manufacturer. All installations are perfomed in STRICT compliance with TIA/EIA-568B and TIA/EIA-606A guidelines. All overseas installation (European) can be setup to comply with TIA/EIA or the British Standards for Network Acceptance, at the discretion of the customer.
Coordination of your network installation will be reviewed and monitored constantly throughout the installtion process with general contractors, electrical contractors, and other industry professionals to insure all conduit, firestops, code requirements, bend radius thresholds, and other parameters set forth in these guidelines are followed.
Once completed, the entire network is tested again utilizing a Layer II network certification device, with current calibration settings verified by the manufacturer and at least one independent source. These test results are unable to be modified by human entry and are accessible to no one for tampering. We will contact the relevane manufacturer (Hellermann Tyton, AFL, etc) and register your job within their system. All certification and test results are sent to the manufacturer for their review and acceptance.
Only if EACH and EVERY network connection and cable is within the required guidelines will the manufacturer allow full 25-year warranty status to be filed on the network. With such rigorous standards, you see why coordination is performed with other relevant project contractors on-site.

AFL Fujikura Certified Installer
Our Fiber-Optic Engineers are manufacturer certified from AFL Fujikura to provide Lifetime Warranties on all your optical networks.
How does this affect my network?
Every fiber network our engineers install is subjected to a rigorous post-installation test, as well as pre-installation guidelines set forth by TIA 568 (EIA in European installations). Once the network is complete, every link in the network is certified using a Layer 2 certification device. Upon acceptance of the certification records, AFL Fujikura will warrant your fiber network for life. If you ever need replacement fiber, it's covered! If your network ever goes down, it's covered!

Any network installation performed by Twisted Networx can be certified, utilizing HellermannTyton network products is eligible for a 25 year warranty from the manufacturer!
